Arden at 6 mths

She is getting so big! Well not really at 6mths she is the tiniest little thing barely in 3 mths clothes. Looks like she will be like her tiny cute mom! Oh and her lips she has the most darling little girl lips. Good thing she isn't close or I would be over there buggin momma every day! She is a good mix between my brother Adam and his wife Allison. Although cuter than both. Sorry adults are just not this darling. By far the most precious baby ever in this family maybe cause she is the only girl. Thanks Allison for letting me steal her if only for but a minute.

Preschool

When doing preschools we are on a time crunch get 'em in make them happy take three on to the next one. But you guys know me I can't take just three I have to take a few more to get just the right one and sometimes I catch what I call not the typical school pic, but a beautiful portrait all the same. I had to share a few so here they are.

Gotcha!

Beth had some amazing kids who helped out a ton setting up making mom laugh holding doors. So I had to grab a quick moment and take their pic's one little guy dodged me at every turn but these two cooperated although one did not know he was. I wanted to take one I thought they would like so these are not the typical portraits but something I thought they would like.

A few details

Danny and Beth's wedding had been put on the back burner for a week while a worked like a crazy person getting a preschool shot and processed. Now that I have put it to bed for a week (til the orders come in) I can start with one of my favorite weddings. These two really put on quite the show and had a blast doing it. So to start the details. So much thought goes into all those little things I would hate for there not to be a memory of it in a photo. So here are my fav's though there is a ton more where these come from.

Beautiful Beth

Bridals are the pit's you work hard and come up with fantastic shots and then you have to sit on them til the wedding.

Bah Humbug ;p

Well Beth finally tied the knot in one of those ceremonies that last in one's mind forever and now I can share these beauties with the world. I won't tell you her age because she hides it so well but I will tell you she is older than me (in my 30's) and younger than my mother. Although she could pass as my younger sister I do declare. She is so much fun her and Ashley get me laughing so hard that I miss quite a few good ones but them she just looks at you and makes the perfect pose again. I love her serious with the eye cocked just a little like she's up to something then she smiles like the world will light up with it. LOOVEE it.

I am so sad to see the job come to an end but I have a feeling we have yet to see the last of each other. I just tend to stick to people. Just ask Ashley.

I know it's not a soft feminine bridal shot but I love the strength in this pose. From what I hear she is a survivor.

Studio lights I don't need no studio lights

If you have ever sat with me as I talk shop you will inevitably hear my rant about how pretty natural light is and yes I can do studio but why? When natural can look like this.....

Can you hear the voices in my head? This one is just loud and clear to me what do you think she is saying to the ladybug.....

All natural light in my living room on a table with a couple white peices of fabric. Just makes me want to do yummy noises when I see this kinda magic.

On a different note isn't Abbidoodle getting so big. She can sit up and is just as spunky as her momma (whom I love). She is well on her way to be the girl who kick all the guys butts literally.

Just a thought

I know I say this all the time but here it is again I love what I do. Tonight as I work on the bridals of an amazing woman I am so lucky to work with. I see yet another reason why I love doing this. I see so much beauty in the people I associate with whether it be work or personal. And yet how many of these women see for themselves how stunning they truly are? Almost none. To sit down with women in every facet of life and be able to capture that special thing that makes them unique and beautiful is amazing. To show them what I see how I feel makes my job not only enjoyable but fulfilling in ways no one can comprehend. It helps even more when they ask I look like that and I can say YES you do!

SNK

They have a look that can cover any gamut from from fun and flirtatious to smoky hot. K has a strong Russian look and then he grabs you with his devious smile. Oh, her eyes get me everytime their green as the trees and then she smokes you with that tease at the corner of her lips. I love how they can make one pose become so many different things. From him teasing her and vice versa then they tease each other in an eye lock that could melt rock. Their fun and passion are incredible. I swear I am the luckiest photographer anywhere I truly have the best clients!
